Shipping & Handling Policy with Force Majeure

Kainth Consultants takes care and strives to provide best delivery services to the user. However there is no liability upon Kainth Consultants in case of goods lost or stolen on way to the user or not delivered on time due to the negligence of any of the parties or act of god or natural calamity or on account of sudden change in government policy covering such transactions. 
  
All deliveries are shipped by courier or are send through post service of Indian Postal Department depending upon the service available in your area, however in case of Special Reports, you will be informed of the shipment by email along with the Airway Bill number of your packet. But about the Journal on beer & beverages no such information is given, that we normally provide you with a new one, on your simple request. Kainth Consultants shall have no other liability except, at the most, to provide you with a new one 
  
If, however, in rare instances, your product(s) arrive to you in poor quality, we will review the returned Publications in question. If found to be the result of a manufacturer defect then we will replace Publications at no extra cost to you. 
  
Nothing withstanding explained above but not limited to that, in event of user not satisfied with service or products or in event of loss or any damage arising due to use or non availability of goods on time Kainth Consultants shall have no other liability except at the most, replacement of such good in case of any damage caused by way of products used or any other kind of consequential damage financial or otherwise, suffered in any derivative form.
