Exhibition space/
Stalls are available to the Participant , who has applied for
participation & are on the approved List .( Apply
now )
Shell space
: Minimum of 4 Square meter, there after in a multiple of 4 Square
meter modular stall with side and rear wall, fascia for the
organisation name, floor carpeting , 01, information table, 2 Folding
chair 3 spot light 15A/ Power socket & a waste paper basket.
Space Cost The
minimum shall space of 4 square meter and multiple thereof
.The applicable rate is INR 25,000 ( Twenty five thousand ) per
square meter, 10 % extra shall be charged for the corner stall/
Preferential stall subject to availability . Please add Service
Tax (presently it is @12.36% ) to the amount as mentioned above.
Payment terms
50% paymet to be paid at the time of booking , together with the
application form, This payment is non refundable and are to be made by
and Demand Draft / online payment strictly in the account of the firm.
The balance amount is to be deposited at least one week from the date
of Commencement of Seminar.
Exhibition
Catalogue:-
Each exhibitor will be given one free entry in the exhibition
catalogue.
Allocation of
Space:
Since the Space is limited , it will be available only on first come
first serve basis .
