A copy of this Project Report is Submitted to the in the office if District Industries Center along with Proscribed fee , for registration
( Provisional Registration
) though it is not mandatory but to avail the benefit in term of incentive & concessions announced by the Government to facilitate the development of Industry in the State such registration is must
. This not only serve the purpose of collection of statistics but also help the Government to formulate Industrial Policy of the State .In case of Export Orient unit such registration is also required to avail the benefit in term of incentive &
concessions. This
provision registration is normally valid for a term of five year , & you may apply for Permanent registration immediately after when , the unit start commercial production.
