Mango Pulp/Concentrate

Apple Juice

The apple is available in the Himalayan state . The Jammu  & Kashmir & Himachal Pradesh are rich in apple production . The apple is available in no of varieties such as Royal Delicious, Red Delicious and Golden Delicious. These can be processed, so as to extract the apple juice. Apple juice concentrate is produced by evaporating fresh apple juice that is extracted from fresh apples. Evaporating the fresh juice reduces packaging volume and shipping costs. The high concentration also helps reduce spoilage of the product. Apple juice is rich in mineral content & with full of vitamins.

Orange Juice &  Squash

Fully ripe oranges are washed, cleaned and graded and then peeled. Thereafter juice is extracted from oranges and filtered to remove seeds, fibres etc after filtration  deaeration and pasteurization, the juice is evaporated. This pure juice is then processed, sterilised and bottled after adding some preservatives, such as such as sulfur dioxide or sodium benzoate.

 

Squash: The syrup prepared from sugar in which citric acid and water is mixed along with juice for preparation of squash. Orange oil and orange red color is added to improve flavor and appearance of the product. After addition of preservative & Low methyl pectin to this squash the filled bottle can can be stored in cool and dry place up to 12 months.

 

Orange based beverages can be manufactured in many preferred locations in Punjab , Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh Karnataka , Tamilnadu & at Napur Nagpur in Maharashtra

 

Guava pulp

The guava for the preparation of beverages has not been utilization of to it's full potential . The Guava is  available in different varieties the famous one are ‘Allahabad Safeda’ and ‘Banarsi 

A number of products are being prepared from Guava including jam, jelly and slices in syrup. Good quality ready-to-serve beverage can be made from guava.  

These products have good potential for internal as well as external trade. Guava pulp is made from select varieties of Pink and White Guava, ripened under controlled atmospheric conditions. The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing.
