Where the parties desire to commence and carry out the Business
on the partnership and the where the parties desire to reduce the
terms and condition under which they have agreed to carry on business
in Partnership to writing and here by mutually agreed between the
parties that they shall carry on the business which the parties here
may decide mutually herein after in partnership upon the terms and
conditions mention here in after.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESS
THAT THE SAID PARTIES SHALL BECOMME PARTNERS UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS
- That
this partnership deed shall come in to effects from 12th day of
April 2004.
- That
the business of the partnership firm shall be carried on under the Name

- The
partners with the mutual consent and determination may also
commence Business at
any other palace or places.
- The
business of the Partnership firm shall be to

business, which they deem profitable.
- The
Capital of the partnership firm shall be subscribed as may be
mutually decided between the partners depending upon the
requirement of the business. Further capital shall be introduced /
inducted in to the partnership business as per the business
activities of the partnership business, by the partners as and
when required in such proportions and on such terms and conditions
as mutually decided by the partners.
- The
net profits of the partnership business as per the accounts
maintained by the Partners after deducting all the expenses
relating to the business activities of the partnership including
rents, salaries and other establishment shall be divided and / or
distributed amongst the partners in the following proportions.

- That
